We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged for the appointment amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation of this policy. In case of an emergency within the 24-hour window, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly, and to notify your practitioner.
